You can see the Alexander Payne film Nebraska for free in Cambridge on November 22nd! The film is about a father and son with a difficult relationship on a road trip to collect a million dollar megasweepstakes prize. Payne is the director of Sideways, The Descendants, and one of my all time favorites, Election, so expect some of Payne's dry humor and hard-to-love characters. The film has a very strong 88% on Rotten Tomatoes and even has Saul in it! It's definitely one of my most anticipated films of the year, so I would reccomend checking it out.
Follow the instructions at Advanced Screenings to pick up the tickets. (Note: you'll have to register at Gofobo to pick them up. I highly reccomend Gofobo for getting free screenings, though their "enter the text in the box to prove you're human" verifier is very finnicky. Make sure you put spaces in between the letters when entering the code.)
